The name of the game for the last 26 months at U.S. Sign has been change. Our new ownership group purchased the company from the former owners in December of 2013. We relocated into a larger, more modern facility in June of 2015. We acquired the assets of A&J Markings, Inc. and entered the industrial nameplate and product identification business in August of 2015.
Needless to say, downtime has been very sparse for the past 2 years (my golf clubs think I have abandoned them).
And now we embark on further change with the launch of our new website. In the 65 year history of U.S. Sign, the company has never had a “real” website (as best as we can tell). In the digital age of 2016, that is a bit embarrassing to admit. However, after starting as a high priority project after our change of ownership in December of 2013, the website project was quickly put on the back burner after faster than expected growth had us focusing 100% of our time taking care of longtime customers and building relationships with new ones.
That laser focus on customer relationships remains priority #1 for us today. However, recent additions to our staff have created the bandwidth to finally tackle necessary projects (such as this new website) that will ensure our company is around for the next 65 years to continue serving our customer’s needs related to Signage, Product Identification and Custom Apparel.
